To celebrate mid-semester, last week, the 2nd and 3rd Graders went out to dinner with me. We decided to separate by age groups because there are a lot of us this year. The 3rd graders and I went to Donenu on the weekend. We ate a delicious meal, and then Baskin Robins was in order. A few students decided they wanted to see a movie too, so we saw "Wolverine." I think we all had fun. :)

I love this picture of them...though I'm sure they hate it...
Sorry girls!!:)
Then, on Thursday, a few of the 2nd Graders met me after school at Donenu. I go there because not only is it good, but it's local, and a buddy of mine owns it--so we're treated really well there :)

After dinner, we decided we had to get ice-cream cones. :)
Oh man, those other girls managed to get out of the picture...sneaky...
Overall, I had a great time! I love to spend time with my students. It gives me a chance to get to know them individually, and visa versa. Can't wait until next time!
